Summary Meaning

“O missile of the eye! O missile of the mind! O missile of speech! O missile of the sacred incantation! Whosoever harbors malice and assails me, render him weaponless and powerless, O Agni, with your counter-weapon.

Whosoever seeks to harm me through evil gaze, malicious thoughts, hostile speech, or sorcerous incantations—with your counter-missile, O Agni, disarm that enemy and strip away all his power.

Whatever harmful rite that person performs with his mind, utters with his speech, or seeks to execute through Yajus formulas, sacrifices, and oblations—render it utterly ineffective.”
